In bone china, the grades of bone china are different. The classification method of bone china grades is described below: it is roughly divided into AAA grade, first grade product, second grade product, third grade product, a standard for distinguishing grades It depends on the number of defects in the porcelain itself. The range of defects includes the number of black spots, the number of deglazes, and the number of defects in the product itself.

First, the AAA level: whether the porcelain or embryo form (embryo form refers to the shape of no flower, no glaze, the whole body is just a white body in the shape of porcelain) first select from the first class, and select the basic The embryos without defects are then subjected to the process of embossing, glazing, and furnace firing. After the furnace is released, the finished products are selected once to remove the defective products, so that AAA grade products are produced;

Second, first-class products: first-class embryos are selected from all ready embryos (good and bad), and embryos without obvious defects are selected and processed to produce first-class products. International standards allow no more than 5 defects in the first-class product;

Third, the second grade and third grade products: I won’t elaborate on it, but there may be any defects, haha, black spots, etc. There are a lot of products; I would like to remind everyone that the one on the bottom of the bowl is written With AAA grade, the label of superior grade does not represent the grade of the porcelain itself, it depends on the quality of the porcelain itself.
