1. First, place the printed – flushed object flat on the operating table with the same level and wait for drip.
2. According to the dosage, take a cup, accurately weigh out glue a (e.g. 90g), weigh out glue a and B (30g), mix and stir evenly in the proportion of 3:1 (some double ingredients are in the proportion of 2:1, but also in the proportion of 1:1.)
3. Take a clean syringe, suck the prepared glue into the syringe and drip it evenly on the surface of signs, trademarks, etc. generally, the thickness of the double-layer glass layer is 2mm and let it flow naturally.
4. After dropping the double-layer glass for 3-5 minutes, observe whether there are bubbles or dust particles on the rubber surface. If there are small bubbles, pick them up with a small needle. If the dead corner is not leveled, use a needle.

5. The poured sign shall be cured at room temperature of 20 ℃ – 22 ℃ for 10-14 hours and hardened to become a crystal sign with hands-free surface.
6. In case of self-adhesive, trademark, etc., its thickness is very thin and the boundary is not obvious. During pouring, it is easy to cause overflow, and it is difficult to reach 2mm thickness. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp different situations and control the viscosity. In the process of application, it can be placed for 1-2 hours to improve the viscosity and adapt to thin pouring.
7. For signs with a thickness of more than 2mm, plastic can be dropped twice. After plastic dropping, cure for 3-5 hours, and then add another layer.
8. For the cleaning after dropping plastic, the container shall be cleaned. If the glue is insoluble in any solvent after hardening, the machine and container shall be cleaned before it is hardened.
