1. Agate red material series: (Sn-Cr-Ca-Si) The highest operating temperature is 1280℃

①Suitable for lime glaze and tin opal glaze, the color is darker and brighter in this glaze;

②When the content of MgO exceeds 2%, the color tone becomes lighter;

③Suitable for lead-calcium frit glaze containing a small amount of boron;

④ZnO will change the color to yellowish brown to colorless

⑤The content of Al203 in the glaze should be as small as possible

⑥Suitable for burning with oxidizing flame (reducing flame is avoided)

2. Manganese red material series:

(AN-Al) Maximum operating temperature 1280℃

①Suitable for feldspar zinc-free glaze, zinc makes its hair color lighter;

②PbO and MgO in the glaze are beneficial to hair color and can deepen hair color;

③Bao in the glaze<2%, otherwise it will be unfavorable to hair color.

3. Iron-zirconium red material series:

(Zr-Si-Fe) Maximum operating temperature 1280℃

①The content of alkaline oxides in the glaze should be less;

②It is better not to contain lead in the glaze;

③Suitable for zirconium-based opacified glaze, the color is brighter in this kind of glaze.

4. Big red material series:

(Cb-Se-Zr) The highest operating temperature is 1280℃.

①It is suitable for glaze and brick frit. This frit is a special frit;

②Suitable for lead-free sanitary enamel;

③It is not advisable to grind too finely during use, otherwise the hair color will become lighter;

5. Chrome green pigment series: (Cr-Si), (Co-Cr-Al), the highest operating temperature is 1280℃

①The color is better in lead glaze and lime glaze;

② ZnO should be used as little as possible in the glaze, and ZnO should make the hair color yellowish brown;

③The MgO in the glaze should not be excessive, otherwise the surface will be dark brown;

④ There should be no SnO2 in the glaze, SnO2 can make the hair color red;

⑤This color system is suitable for reducing and oxidizing flame burning (reducing flame is avoided)
